Etel Alexandrov ^TM reserves the right to only accept returns and/or exchanges on merchandise that is in perfect condition, unworn, with the original hang tags attached, and purchased only at www.etelalexandrov.com. Please return retail sales to the original store of purchase. All returns must be received by Etel Alexandrov TM within 21 days of the original shipping date, only. Any returns/exchanges after that time period will not be accepted under any circumstance. If you would like to return merchandise, you must send a descriptive e-mail with “Return” in the subject heading to info@etelalexandrov.com prior to returning the item. Please include your name, street and email addresses, and reason for return.

All returns will be credited to the original credit card, only. On any return or exchange, C.O.D. delivery is not acceptable. At this time, C.O.D. delivery is not accepted nor can we refund shipping & handling to/return charges.

SHIPPING

If the merchandise is in stock, orders will be shipped within 10 business days. Due to the nature of handknitting, merchandise that is not in stock may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will receive an e-mail indicating stock availability. For International orders, the customer must pay all import duties and related government charges. Please contact your local customs office for the costs. We use DHL ground for domestic and international shipping.
